Work on getting back into running. Get my back ready for another season.

Sub 20 on 5k. Really push myself all year long.
Another good day of easy run. Felt way better and feel that I'm starting to build up again.
Good day of running, feeling much better on runs and back is holding up.
First run back this season. Stayed up front for first half and took it nice and easy to the end. Good start though and really looking forward to season!
